Blffr.io — Free Online Imposter Word Game

Blffr.io is a free real-time multiplayer browser game in the spirit of Among Us, Skribbl.io and Spyfall. Everyone in the room gets a secret word — except one player, the imposter, who only sees a broad theme. Take turns dropping clues, then vote out who you think is bluffing.

How to play

1. Create a room or click Play now to join a public lobby.
2. Pick your name, color and an icon.
3. Each round: read your secret word (or theme if you're the imposter). Give a one-word hint that proves you know the word — without giving it away.
4. After everyone has hinted, vote for who you think is the imposter.
5. Crew wins by catching the imposter. Imposter wins by surviving the vote.

Game modes

• Word mode — everyone gets the same word; the imposter only sees a category.
• Question mode — everyone answers the same prompt; the imposter answers a slightly different one and has to blend in.

Languages

Blffr.io currently supports lobbies in English, Danish (dansk) and German (Deutsch). When you pick a language at the top of the page, you're matched with players who chose the same language and the questions and words are shown in that language.
